Engineered Solutions
Our Treatment Approach
ZLD systems engineered — not standardised — for your specific requirements.
Our Mission
Overview
Textile wastewater is never uniform. Flow, load, salinity, colour, and toxicity vary continuously depending on processes, shades, and production cycles. That's why our ZLD systems are engineered — not standardised.
We begin every project by understanding:

Effluent Quantity & Variability

Organic and Salt Load

Shock Load Behaviour

What We Offer
Two Proven ZLD Architectures
Based on Effluent analysis, we design one of two robust treatment architectures.
ZLD with Ultrafiltration (UF)
Designed for wastewater with relatively stable biological behaviour.
Key Features:
- Conventional biological treatment
- Clarification followed by ultrafiltration
- Reliable solids separation
- Prepares consistent feed for downstream recovery
Best Suited When:
- Effluent variability is moderate
- Biomass stability is predictable
- Lower MLSS operation is preferred
ZLD with Membrane Bioreactor (MBR)
Designed for demanding textile wastewater with higher variability.
Key Features:
- Biological treatment integrated with membrane separation
- Eliminates secondary clarifiers
- Produces consistently high-quality effluent
- Ideal for RO feed protection
Best Suited When:
- Shock loads are frequent
- Higher MLSS operation is needed
- Superior solids control is required
About Us
Our Treatment Approach Ensures
This foundation allows us to achieve high water recovery with lower operating cost.
